Community Support & Nutrition Program
The Community Support & Nutrtion Program (CSNP) is a community-based initiative that combines food access with health and wellness support to address the broader impacts of food insecurity. Through a self-choice grocery model, health and nutrition programming, health screenings, and connections to community resources, the CSNP helps individuals and families access nutritous food while strengthening their overall wellbeing. The program also engages in advocacy and community collaboration to help improve the local food system. Serving thousands of households each year, the CSNP reflects a comprehensive approach to food security that prioritizes dignity, choice, and long-term community health.
Grocery Assistance
The CSNP provides grocery assistance through a flexible participant-centered model that prioritizes dignity, choice, and accessibility. Individuals and families can access nutritious food in the way that works best for them-by shopping in person at the Market, placing orders through our online platform, or receiving home delivery when transportation or mobility challenges make in-person visits difficult.

Health & Nutrition Programming
The CSNP supports community health by combining access to nutritious food with education and wellness programming. Through partnerships with local organizations and health professionals, the program offers nutrition education, healthy cooking classes, budgeting guidance, and small-space gardening workshops for adults and youth. The CSNP also provides monthly health screenings - including blood pressure, glucose, and general health checks - to help individuals better understand and manage their health.

Advocacy & Community Engagement
The CSNP works beyond direct services to strengthen the broader systems that impact food access and community health. Through community listening sessions, partnerships with local organizations, and participation in regional and statewide initiatives, the program helps bring the voices and experiences of community members into conversations that shape food and health policy. By connecting direct service with community engagement, the CSNP helps ensure that solutions to food insecurity are informed by the real needs and experiences of the people most affected.
